Arceus Partner Design

The God of all Pokémanz! XDDD I think this one so far has to be my favorite one of the bunch. Also, why this eye design's different from the rest is based on a struggle between human controlling Pokémon and Pokémon overpowering human. If you've watched the Pokémon anime during the Hoenn series or read the Ruby and Sapphire section of the Pokémon Special manga, then you saw Maxie and Archie being controlled by Kyorge and Groudon (Norman too when Rayquaza left the tower if you've read the manga). I saw the same thing happening when it came to Arceus so after messing around with some paint layers I managed to get the look I was looking for. I sadly don't own one of my own in the game series but I want to so badly! >< Chances are you guys are gonna see that eye design again when I do Kyorge, Groudon, and Rayquaza when I get the time again (school for her starts tomorrow). I don't take credit for Arceus in the background.
